Lady leaves her cute dog with a stranger to watch while she goes to the washroom. They get distracted by a tourist looking for direction and the dog goes missing and only the leash is left on the ground. Kid happens to have similar looking dog and was playing with it. Strangers accuse him of stealing the dog.
